insight search username

    I have a issue with my Clearpass insight.

    First in ClearPass policy manager (access tracker) i can see all information from a authenticated user, email, title, username, phone, etc.

    But when i open insight and i search the same user by the "username" it doesn´t show that information only username.
    How can i do to work this?
