Attached PDF shows:
2 out of 4 IP phones are not profiled.
Cisco Phone Nortel phone are fine and snom and polycom are not
I have the:
- endpoint information
- Fingerprint
- Sniffer info of the DHCP send to the Clearpass server
any idea how to troubleshoot this issue further?

it's fixed: did patched the server from 6.7.3 to 6.7.9 and need to wait 5 minute between profile tests.
