    i found here on the community :

    1. remove the VIP
    2. do force drop on the publisher to make sure it is no longer showing on the dash board.
    3. Do a db reset on the sub
    4. I usually do a reboot on the sub after
    5. In the cli do a sub join.

     

    but we can't disable the VIP since that will cause outage , any ideas how to get the subscriber working back without disabling VIP ?

    Remove that server from the VIP configuration then proceed.

    We cant do new configuration changes on publisher, we got error message "tips_audit_pkey" when trying to do any change.
