Official Certification Document Not Received

    How long does it take to receive an official certification from Aruba after you pass the exam?  Last year whe i passed ACCP it wads next day.  This time 7 days and no official certification yet.    Just curious.  I can't sign up for ClearPass Advance Labs until get the official document in my certification profile.

    Sorry to piggyback on this topic. Does Aruba send out a physical copy too? I recieved a digital version of my ACMP, but I don't really have a great printer to print it to add it to my 'I love me' book. (where I keep all my certs and diplomas and such)

    I did not receive a hard copy.  For me a digital copy was fine.  I used a quality printer to Print my certificate.
