Last time I passed the ACCP exam, last July, I received a confirmation from Aruba Training <firstname.lastname@example.org> within 24 hours, with the badges and digital certificate. So if it already took more than 2 weeks, I suggest that you check with the training team (if the mail didn't end up in you spam box).

My colleague and i have the same problem!
We passed ACCP 6.5 and got no replay from ARUBA/HPE!
i've sent a Mail today @ email@example.com
Now i have to wait! My colleague waits since 18.07.2017! :)

Once you have achieved certification, go to www.mylearninghpe.com to access the following items. Note that it will take 3-5 business days for your certification to appear in your account. You will receive an email notification when this happens:
- Certification badge insignias – to use in email signatures, on business cards, etc.
- Certificates – E-certificates are provided to each candidate when they achieve Aruba certification
For candidates who achieve Aruba expert certifications, you'll receive a certification package in the mail.
If you haven't received any of the above items, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Or alternatively, refer to this link to directly contact support. Thanks all
