2930F RADIUS (NPS) Tagged VLAN

I am trying to get MAC authentication working in the following scenario:

A VoIP phone is plugged into the switch. A PC is plugged into the VoIP phone.

The RADIUS server should return a tagged VLAN value for the phone and an untagged VLAN value for the PC. Is there a way to do this with Microsoft NPS?

Or is there another way of approaching this?
