Greetings!
The QSFP+ ports on the 8320 switch series only operate at 40Gbps — there is no way to operate them at 10Gbps with an adapter or transceiver.
If you are using the 48-port 1G/10GBASE-T 8320 model to connect to a 2930M switch or stack, you can use JL078A QSFP+ uplink modules to connect them directly to the 8320's QSFP+ ports at 40G via optical fiber or DAC cables. For 2930F switches, you would need to use 1Gbps copper ports for uplinks to a 1G/10GBASE-T model 8320. (10G RJ45 transceivers are not supported in the 2930F switch series.)
An alternative would be to use 48-port SFP/SFP+ 8320 models with 1G or 10G RJ45 transceivers for downlinks to devices without SFP/SFP+ ports, and optical transceivers or DAC cables for all other connections.
