Aruba s2500 access switch

    Hi, can someone please help me the the mobility access s2500 switch. we currently bought a new access s2500 switch and I`m unable to access it via web gui. I followed the required steps of enabling web gui under maintanance and it does not help. The client ip address is on  the same subnet  as switch and when I try to login using the switch ip address it prompt me with the login page but when I enter admin and password it does not show anything.

    Hi Joshua,

    I have couple of questions:

     

    1. Did you try logging in using different browser ?

    2. Are you able to SSH in to the switch & login via putty,teraterm etc?

     

    In case you have console access to the switch, please attach the following output :

     

    1. Aruba# show port status

    2. Aruba# show user

    Thanks a lot. Upgrading the firmware solved the issue.
