Campus 315 AP Error

    Hello!

     

    We have per Location one Mobility Controller Cluster.

     

    Now we have three Locations with no troubles.

     

    But at one Location the APS goes down and comes only up when we cut the POE.

     

    Evertime it is a another AP.

     

    Its some problem from the cluster connection. We have testet to turn off on off the Controller and the problem is not there.

     

    Log from Airwave:

    Fri Jul 20 00:55:02 2018 System Device Aruba AP 315 AP0 AP's associated controller is changed from MC-02 to MC-01 133 Top > AP WLAN

    Fri Jul 20 00:59:05 2018 System Device Aruba AP 315 AP0 Down

    Fri Jul 20 01:00:31 2018 System Device Aruba AP 315 AP0 Status changed to 'AP is no longer associated with controller' 133 Top > AP WLAN

     

    What could that be?

    How are the access points powered at that location?

    The access points are connect to 2530 POE+ Switches.

     

    The problem does not occur when one of the controllers is turned off.

    yesterday I disabled the AP load balancing.

     

    Failover afterwards tested with success.

     

    Suspect that for the error solution we need a new cat cable system.

     

    It is an old building.

     

    We leave the setting until we have the new cable system.

     

    You can close the case.
