    Hello all,

     

    How on the love of god :) can we access the usb on Aruba3810M switch ?

    Aruba-Stack-3810M# show flash

    Aruba-Stack-3810M# dir
    Error Accessing USB Device.

     

    Aruba-Stack-3810M# show usb

    USB port status: enabled
    USB port power status: power on (no USB device detected in port).

     

    The USB was FAT32...now it is FAT...nothing.......

    Why !!!

    Faulty USB Flash memory key? did you tried other USB Flash keys just to be sure that the one you're using is somewhat unsupported/faulty? Once the USB Flash memory key is inserted on the AUX Port, is the AUX Port's Activity LED flashing slowly in colour orange or what? Is the USB Flash key an USB 3.0 (blue plastic) or an old USB 2.0 (no blue plastic)?

    How (partition's size) did you partitioned that USB Flash memory key before formatting using the FAT filesystem?
