IAP and 2930F

    Hello Airheads,


    I´m new to the Community and new to the Aruba Switch´s and IAP´s.
    So please be patient and friendly.
    I have 3 IAP´s at home and will buy a 2930F 24G POE+ Switch.

    Normally I control the IAP´s via Web Interface.
    I Know the 2930F has a Web-Interface too and i want to configure the IAP´s over the switch´s Interface.
    Is this possible?

    Da ich neu in der Community und neu bei den Aruba-Switches bin, seid bitte nett und geduldig mit mir.

    Im normallfall konfiguriere ich die IAP´s über das Web-Interface. 
    Da ich weiß das der 2930F auch ein Web-Interface hat, würde ich gerne die IAP´s direkt mit darüber einstellen.
    Ist die möglich oder muss ich von beiden das Web-Interface separat benutzen?

    You cannot directly manage the IAPs from the 2930F's web interface. You can still manage the IAPs via the VC when connected to the 2930F.

     

    Failing that, you should consider Aruba Central if you wish to manage the 2930F and the IAPs via a single management pane.
