    I have CoreSw1 connected to IDF1 and IDF2. IDF1 and IDF2 are connected to each other as well. How to configure mstp to make coresw1 as root and also IDF1 & IDF2 to send traffic directly to CoreSw1 instead of IDF1 -> IDF2 -> CoreSw1 or vice versa?

    You need to create 2 MSTP instance with different priority/cost
