I have a customer that is insisting that they want to make their Aruba Mobility Controllers as their main buisness firewall.  Obviously it lacks all the Anti-Virus/IDS of a normal firewall, but they say that doesn't effect their decision.  I know technicially I can make it work for them but I was wondering has anybody every tried this before?  Any shortcomings or problems that you guys have ran into that I can let the customer know about ahead of time?  Is there a limitiation on the amount of inbound NAT's the controller can handle?

Also if anybody has any success stories I would welcome those as well.

    Hi!

    Good Idea...

Is there a step-by-step 'How-To' with a description how this can be realized?

How can I configure a Port as the "WAN Port" and activate NAT?

Thank you in advance for your hints...
