NetEdit 2.0.5 - validation always fails

    I have installed a licensed version of netedit 2.0.5, and imported my switches.

     

    When i try to edit the config i always receive an error "unexpected failure validating config"

     

    The actual config change is something basic like vlan name, or interface unshut.

     

    The same error occurs on several switches (all 8325) both single or multiple edit of switches.

    TAC was unaware of this issue, they asked me to downgrade, but i prefer waiting for a fix (not in production yet). If it takes to long i will downgrade to a previous version.

     

    i will update when i have some news from TAC

    Aruba ERT engineer worked on this case and confirmed the issue (Aruba 8325 on 10.04.0041 with Netedit 2.05).

     

    The issue is resolved in an unreleased firmware, i have tested it successfully with version 10.05.0001

     

    I know have asked if the problem could be resolved in 10.04.xx, and i am awaiting response.

    Issue is fixed in version 10.04.3000
