    Hi all,

    I need little assistance on tender I'm working on. I need to know what is the best /cheapest way to turn SFP+ uplink into 10gig ethernet (rj-45)? The tender needs 2x SFP+ and 2x 10Gig ethernet uplinks on every switch. The switch also needs to be PoE and 48 ports.

    Hi, Is this a generic question or do you want to propose specific switch model?
