Why is the command ‘show lldp neighbor interface’ unable to detect an Aruba controller when it is directly connected to Aruba MAS?

Product and Software: This article applies to all Aruba controllers and ArubaOS versions.

Aruba controllers currently do not support LLDP, which is why they cannot be detected by Aruba Mobility Access Switches (S3500 and S2500) when the command ‘show lldp neighbor interface’ is issued.
