We are attempting to hook up an Apple TV to a wired network on a seperate layer 3 network from the controllers/Clearpass.

Our wireless clients are connecting to the vlan's tunneled back to the controller/Clearpass layer 3 network.

Is there a way we can have these wireless clients connect back to the wired Apple TV's?

We already use Airgroup a wireless-wireless setup, and Clearpass to limit which Apple TV's each client can see.  We typically have >50 Apple TV's in each location, and if possible we'd like to plug these into the wired network in the hopes that it would be more reliable.

    Thanks in advance!

Yes, there is a new feature in AOS 6.4.3 called AP multicast aggregation for exactly this purpose:

Just be sure there's at least one access point on the same network segment as the AppleTV.

Brian_Wilson_LPS, the easiest way to deal with this is to trunk that VLAN to the controller somehow, so that all of the wired devices will be populated in the controller.  You can then enter the wired mac into clearpass and decide who can and cannot see that appleTV based on what ap or ap-group they are associated to...

How much of a burden is it to tie a Wired AppleTV to a specfic AP. Any User on AP-X can see AppleTV-X
