I am working through a lab to learn ArubaOS-CX. I have a VSX setup with 2 virtual CX VMs in GNS3. Everything looks to be healthy except I noticed that an item labeled NAE is peer_reachable on one box and peer_unreachable on the other. I don't have NAE (Network Analytics Engine) enabled or running anywhere unless it's on by default so not sure if that's the same acronym or refers to something different.
Is this something to be concerned with for VSX? Is this not relevant in my topology? Why would one say peer_reachable when I'm not running NAE? Any assistance is appreciated. Note, I've rebooted each box and the box which says peer_reachable doesn't stay consistent once everything is back up so not sure where else to look.
