    Report from our technical team,  

     

    Issue description :

     

    AP reload continuous reboot

     

    Troubleshooting Steps Taken :

    • connect to AP with console cable found the error attached
    • try to reset it factory default and rest flash nothing changed
    • try to boot via tftp , AP get OS from controller and reboot but can't open also finally rebooted with same error

    the AP appears to have a flash memory fault, please raise it with TAC to organise a RMA etc.
