    Hi all, is it possible to swap S1 cards in a 6000 chassis with S2 cards ?

    Colin,old 6000 chassis with 2 x sup 1 cards, running 5x firmware.   Possible S2 upgrade due to cost if possible.

    I am only asking, because the Sup2 cards have not been sold since 2010.  There are other alternatives like the M3 or the 7000 series that have not been discontinued.  How many access points have been deployed?

    Colin, yes indeed but its a question of a quick fix in the short term, well over 100 AP's and the memory is suffering as is... might get them out of trouble if I can upgrade to S2 cards in the short term..
