    If my network have 2 mobility master(MM), 2 virtual mobility controller (VMC), 50 AP, what are the count & type of license required?

     

    Answer:

    1x MM-VA-500

    1x MC-VA-250-xx (xx is the regulartory domain)

    50x LIC-AP

    50x LIC-PEF

    50x LIC-RFProtect (if WIDS is required)

    Yx LIC-PEFV for VMC (Y is the number of VMC deployed)

     

    Note: a single copy of MM-VA & MC-VA license is sufficient as long as we don't exceed the device count in the licensed capacity.  It also means that we can deploy as many VMC as required using the same MC-VA license.
