    — A few clients are unable to connect to APs even though High-Efficiency was disabled on all the SSID profiles of
the APs. This issue is observed in AP-515 access points running

    ArubaOS 8.5.0.0 or later versions.

We have experience this issue as well on certain intel chipset from 2017-2018.  The windows 10 drivers do not work with this intel chipset by default and the latest drivers from windows updates.  We have 2 work around for this.

Preferred work around for us was to use the dell command center driver software and update the intel network drivers to the latest.

The "band-aid" until we could get to the laptop and install the Dell drivers was to disable both High-Efficiency and High-throughput only on the 2.4 radio.  Leaving it enabled on the 5.8 radio allowed this band-aid to at least allow the user to work at acceptable speeds until we were able to upgrade drivers.

What we saw was that the laptop itself could not even see the broadcast unless the AP's radio was on channel 1 on 2.4 and in some cases UNII-1 on 5.8 when these settings are enabled.
