We'd like to use our old time capsules as just back up disks with the WiFi turned off.  What service or option do we need to enable to have the APIN215 recognize those time capsule disks?

    Thanks

    Chris

You may have to add a custom AirGroup mDNS service record for afpovertcp.tcp

    Thanks,

That service ID is already in there for the Sharing service.  The funny thing is that I can see the drives on the Time Capsule when I'm hardwired into our network but not when I'm on the Aruba wireless.  They are both siting on same set of core switches

Any other suggestions that I may be able to try?

Is the wired network the same subnet?

If not, be sure the wired VLAN is trunked to the IAP so it can see the mDNS advertisements.
