APs showing as down on Mobility Master but up on local controller (MD)

    Hi,


    We keep having an issue on one of our sites where 3 of the APs 01, 02 and 08 keep flagging as down every so often on the Mobility Master dashboard and through Airwave.


    Logging into the local controller we can see the APs are in fact up.


    Mobility Master then leaves the APs in a down state - also shows them as down on the secondary controller for that site however on the active controller the APS are showing as up.  No idea what is going on any advice would be appreciated?

    You should open a TAC case.  There is/was multiple bugs for this and TAC should triage whether or not this should be resolved in your current verson of code or it is a new bug you are experiencing.
