    Hi,

     

    When I try to connect the controller via RAP2 from remote location, I see the below message.

     

    Adding the remote AP 00:24:6c:cd:4f:89 will push the AP limits over the platform limit..

     

    I also checked my licences RF protected licences seems. You can the licence summary below.

    From your output, it looks like you have 4 AP licenses installed and are currently using them all.  You will have to add licenses for your RAPs.

     

    What version of code is this?

    Thanks for your answer. When i shutdown an ap port, rap2 connected directly. So problem was solved.

    A quick footnote to this one...

     

    Just make sure if you want to add the '5th' RAP that you purchase  AP + PEFNG + RFP license for it (e.g. 3 part numbers/SKUs).  

     

    If you just purchase an AP license you will still be unhappy at the result ... that being that the 5th RAP won't connect (same state you have now).
