AirWave does not report client counts from APs on local controller

    So, both my master and local controller are up in AirWave, I can see that some APs are on the master, others on the local controller, though, all APs on the local controller report 0 client. Which I know isn't correct since i can see clients on these APs if I go to the local controller web page.

     

    The total client counts displayed on the top header also affected since AirWave only count the clients from the master controller.

     

    Any idea ? I'm using AirWave 8.2.6.

    What version of ArubaOS is this?

    Did you follow the instructions to add your controller to Airwave with SNMP and AMON?
