    Hi,

I've 3 Aruba Instant AP's for my single vlan home network. My network has a lot of Airplay / Apple Devices / NAS with DLNA services / NAS with TimeMachine.

I'm trying to set up Aruba Airgroup correctly but I never completely succeed.  I enable the Bonjour and DLNA under the Airgroup configuration tab. Also I select all required Airgroup services (Airprint, Airplay, DLNA media,...).

If I do the above setup some Apple devices for Airplay come available and others not. My TimeMachine coming from my NAS for example is still not visible, my receiver with Airplay is also not visible on my MAC. I can also not discover my Airport Expressess used for Airplay from my macbook.

Are there some other related settings I need to configure to get it to work correctly?

Another solution I use is to currently solve it: just disable Aigroup completely (also unselect Bonjour and DLNA) and set the "Broadcast Filtering" setting of your wireless network to "Disabled". Then all Airplay, DLNA, Apple devices / services are available to all clients.

Does anyone know which is the best way to setup Airgroup in my situation?

    Thanks

Theoretically, that is all you should need to do UNLESS, your devices use a service-id that is not listed.  With Airgroup on, on your Virtual Controller, type "show airgroup blocked-queries" and "show airgroup blocked-service-id" to see if your devices are using service ids that are not being used.

Sorry for the late reply but I was busy with other stuff.

Even with allowall on for Airgroup I can't see all devices. The only solution I still see is by disabling broadcast filtering :s.

When I change aigroup settings I see checksum mismatch messages in my log. Is that normal?
