    It needs to be checked from the CLI on why it is stopped. Sometimes we would have to kill the process and restart based on log.
    I would suggest opening a TAC case.

     * The PAPI handler server was kept restarting due to hostname unspecified in /etc/hosts file.  information.

    * Added the hostname of the server in /etc/hosts file and restarted all the services.

    * Switched to AMON preferred and the PAPI server is stable now.

    this is the soultion , i know papi is message between controlle and airwave to make RF -plans so how it related to hostname of airwave ??

     

    why we must configure airwave hostname in /etc/hosts ???

    When we configure the host name on GUI Ampsetup --> Network page, it will get added automatically to /etc/hosts.
