Wireless Access

After installing some Aruba AP 505 in our Airwave solution we have seen some patcket losses. 

And i'm wondering if this is due to 802.11AX issues. Can you disable wifi AX in airwave under instant config.

Where you see packet loss, in network or any packet error message in Airwave ?

Correction: It's more connectionloss to AP from handheld zebra clients.

Do you lose connection when the handhelds are standing still, or when they are moving?

Yep, we loose connection when standing still and roaming

I doubt that this will help you and I assume the issue is anywhere else.

But you can do that in the Advanced Options of the General Tab in WLAN SSID definition.

Where did you see packet loss?

etc.

Have you tried turning off High Efficiency in your IAP networks configuration, or in your high throughput profiles on the controllers?

Yes this config change has been done and made things a little better but not much.
