    Hello,

     

    Airwave 8.2.9.0

     

    I want a list of all the MAC addresses of Down devices - I get the list fine by clicking on 'Wireless Down' and expanding the folders. But some of the MACs are expanded to vendor names, like:

     

    Aruba Networks-59:68:02

     

    Is there a way I can turn this automatic expansion off?

    The option in reports shows the device down from history and not the real time. If its the real time you need we have to check it from the device down list.

    With regards to the MAC, Are we looking at the column called devices? Could you try creating a new view and add LAN MAC ADDRESS as a column? This should give the mac details of the device. Below is a screen shot for reference.
