    I have a customer using Alcatel AP  (195 aps) and OMNI Access 4704 Controller. The customer is looking to upgrade this controller to Aruba.

    What are the available options?

    Which Aruba controller to propose how to proceed further officially for Aruba support?

    There is no official Alcatel to Aruba conversion process. The 4704 controller appears to be the equivalent of an Aruba 3600 controller, which is now EOL. You should reach out to an Aruba partner and work with them to ensure that replacement hardware is suitable for the requirements.

    it wont be official as the parts are OEM alcatel based on what we have went through before, if possible to do a tech refresh with aruba instead.
