    Hi All,

     

    I know this query doesnt pertain specifically to Aruba but just needed your feedback.

     

    I am currently working with a customer and they are interested in evaluating all wireless office solution. The problem is, they are using Cisco IP Phones, (phones and callmanager are mostly outdated) so they are in the position to evaluate something new.

     

    When i referred them to lync, their feedback (alongwith me most other customers as well) was, lync is very very expensive. I know i should be asking this question to Microsoft, but still, is it such a case ? how do you guys plan for all wireless office solution ? what you do for VoiP ?

    Lync / Skype for Business is significantly less expensive than a traditional PBX system and many times businesses are already licenses for some of the components as part of their MS volume license.
