Application and Web-Category not work well in Controller?

    I have seen a strange behavior ,I have denied all applciation social netwrok and all web social netwrok and I can see that some denied and some not so for example whatsapp work and twitter but facebook blocked so why this is happening?

    - What type of controller is this?

    - What version of ArubaOS is this?

    - Please show us the ACL that you use to block or allow.

    Controller is 7220 and OS 6.4.3

     

    I'm creating polciy any source to any destiniation applciation cateegory social-network drop and the same for web-category social-netwrok and also I deined Instant-Message  as I said I have some deined and some no dont kno why?
