Hello, First sorry for my english.
We currently have a setup of 40 AP's aruba 300 series installed around our 5 locations. The problem is we just started to notice the controller stops responding randomly and therefore all of the managed AP's wont work at all. Sometimes the preferred controller just reboots and will respond after few minutes, sometimes it wont at all and it will need to be rebooted manually. We have tested doing a telnet to the controller and a log says something like the following: AP uptime is """""' reboot time and cause: ''''': Gateway Unreachable. No matter which AP is set as controller, we get same result. It is worth mentioning we have some AP's with power injector and most of them connected to a POE switch, and we still get the same issue with power injector or AP'S to a POE switch.
Does anyone have had this kind of issue in the past that could share a resolution?,
