Aruba 7005 captive portal redirect URL

    Hello,

     

    We are currently using Aruba APs with Aruba Central clould controller.

    Now, we need to use Aruba 7005 controller and we need to know if our external captive portal platform will work with it the same way it works with Aruba Central.

    For example, using Aruba Central, the captive portal redirect URL looks like the following: 

     

     

    ?cmd=login&mac=70:ec:e4:c3:95:41&essid=my_ssid&ip=192.168.4.75&apname=ac%3Aa3%3A1e%3Ac5%3Ab9%3Ae2&apmac=ac%3Aa3%3A1e%3Ac5%3Ab9%3Ae2&vcname=instant-C5%3AB9%3AE2&switchip=securelogin.arubanetworks.com&url=http%3A%2F%2Fcaptive.apple.com%2Fhotspot-detect.html

    Does the redirect URL for Aruba 7005 is the same?

    Does Aruba 7005 has support external RADIUS servers and a Walled Garden List?

    I'm asking that because i'm currently with no hardware so i could test by myself.

    With Aruba controllers, you will be abe to use both internal and external captive portal pages.
