current software version is 6.5.1.4 we are planning to upgrade the version to latest.

If you have a valid support contract you can download the files from the Aruba Support site. With ArubaOS 6.5.4.x being the latest available firmware (unless you have a requirement for ArubaOS 8.2.0.x).

hi zalion0, thanks for the response.

we are purchased the product on last month with couple of AP & PEF license.

what is the major difference between ArubaOS 6.5.4.x & ArubaOS 8.2.0.x, and is there any configuration difference on 8.2.0.x as compared to 6.5.4.x.

so to download firmware files we need to create (register) a account on http://support.arubanetworks.com, am i correct?, for getting the license key (AP & PEF) we have register (create the aaccount) the same on HPE my networking portal.

Hey, take a look at the below slides, this gives a good over view of the current features between AOS 6 and AOS8.

That is correct, you should've been set up with a Partner ID by the reseller that you purchased the controller from. This would also be the case to obtain the license files as well.

hi zalion0, Thanks for the more details about version /.

actually we sold the 7010 controller to our customer and to get the license key we have created a account on HPE my networking portal with customer details (email id, customer name, adress, etc).

can we able to download the software image from the same acount.
