Aruba Instant Auth Server Priority

    Hi Guys,

     

    We recently setup Clearpass with a US based publisher and EU based subscriber, mainly to provide an authentication point closer to clients in each region, reducing latency and authentication times.

     

    We have the two auth sources configured In the Instant configuration in case of failure, question is, how do I default the US AP's to the pub and the EU AP's to the sub in each respective region? - I don’t see any priority settings etc on the instant AP's?

    Whatever server is listed first will be tried first, until it does not respond.  Configure your EU clusters with the EU server first and the US Clusters with the US  server first.
