    Hello.

     

    Are there any real differences between buying a branded Aruba AP vs one branded by an OEM? Besides going to each one for support, are things like firmware and features the same?

    The biggest difference is that mixed-vendor deployments are not supported, so if you have a problem, it will not be supported.  There are other small things that crop up randomly that make you not want to deploy a mixed-vendor network.

    If i went either route, I would not mix vendors. It would all be just Aruba or just one specific vedor (ie Dell).

    In that case, there is no real material difference between vendors.
