Wireless Access

Hello,

When I try to add a license or show license, I get the following:

"Error accessing the License Database. Please contact customer support to get the license database repaired"

.
ArubaOS (MODEL: Aruba620-US), Version 6.2.1.4

I could not find anything anywhere regarding this.

Anyone came across this error and was able to fix it?

Did you already have licenses installed?  If no, just do a write erase all and start over...

That was my next step, I don't have console access, I will drive to the location and try it.

Type "show license verbose" and save all of the keys before doing a write erase all.

I still get the same error.

I have the licenses.

Did you already do a "write erase all" and reboot?  Did you do a "show license verbose" to copy them off first?

I did not do a write erase all.

When I do a show license verbose I get the same error.

I do have the license keys though.
