    Hi Community friends,

     

    During my ACMX training lab we configure UCC in heuristic mode for Skype4Business, following the lab guide anything run smooth. Because a lot of customers switch Skype to Microsoft Teams i have a question about the UCC Skype4Business ALG.

     

    When using Microsoft Teams i dont see any UCC data probably because the UCC ALG is a little bit different then the skype application.

     

    How can i fix this? Is heuristic mode possible with MS teams?

    Are you not able to see the sessions at all in the show datapath session ucc? or are you not sure if they are being prioritized when teams is used?

     

    Are the clients visible in the show clients?

     

    Try making a video or a voice call and check to see if there is any information in the "show datapath session UCC"

     

    What is value that is being marked for the audio and video?

     

    Is an entry visible in the "show datapath session dpi" for this session(video/voice)?
