Wireless Access

Hi I have a technician who can set up the Aruba wireless Ap's and create the appropriate access. We have a client who just bought 3 x Aruba 305 IAP. Its for a small college and they would like the students to log on to the wireless using their student ID number. How can this be achieved.

I am also new to this forum so please bare with me. Any assistanvce would be appreciated. Thanks.

Are your student IDs tied to  a database that devices that can authenticate to?

The client just have a sql database with the names and the student id's. They dont have the funds ti invest in clear pass at the moment but down the road they will when they look to add to the number of AP's. So at present they would like to cheapest way to have the AP interact with database in someway to have the students only obtain wireless but putting in their student ID.
