This is my first ever post here hope you could help me.
Our client encountered a problem with their user's authentication. The authentication error says, "authentication server time out". This happened when their ldap/radius server had a trouble but it was already fixed. Upon checking using the AAA server test in diagnostic tab, an error saying "Auth server did not reply in time or auth module is too busy using aruba." came out.
Does anyone here know how to fix this issue? By the way, users are using a captive portal with an external ldap/radius server for authentication.
