Authentication Server out of Service

    Hi,

     

    I have aruba controller 7030. I want to apply mac address filtering, read the guidance, try it, it's all work before. Now it doesnt work anymore. Check at log and this message appear

    authmgr[3593]: <522276> <3593> <ERRS> |authmgr| Authentication Server Out Of Service while serving request. servername=Internal

     

    Can someone please help me to fix this issue?

    Do the mac addresses show in the internal-userdb?

     

    "show local-userdb"
