    Hi,
I have a MASTER/BACKUP scenario with VRRP configured. The MASTER went down and I could see all AP on the BACKUP controller, however the SSID where not broadcasted and the AP looked as they were not provvisioned (2.5 and 5 ghz leds off)

You need to make sure that the client VLANs on controller 1 are also configured on controller 2, otherwise the APs will not come up.  Type "show log system 50" to see what the problem could be.

The VLAN was in there. I can see the controller took the VRRP's IP but it trown a bunch of errors about config syntax (attached)

It looks like you don't have the policy enforcement license installed on that second controller:

I would bring the first controller up and enable centralized licensing:  Configuration>Network > Controller > Centralized License Management

    Ok,
I have enabled it. I'll test and I'll let you know. Thanks for your support
