Best approach for replacing 3600 controllers / AP105s with 7210 controllers / AP225s?

    I have a production environment with 3600 controllers and AP105s.  I want to replace this infrastructure with 7210 controllers and AP225 and AP205s.  What's the best approach?  Bring up the 7210s and merge them into the existing environment or build them on the side and then switch over? I also have remote offices using the existing infrastructure so replacing all the AP105s at once won't work. It will be a gradual process. I'm open to suggestions. Thanks.
