CP logout not working visiting my_certificate_url/cig-bin/login?cmd=logout

    I have a setup with 4 controllers and 2 MM (v8.4.0.2), sending captive users to external cloud service (SkyFii).
    Login works like a charm, no problem.


    But I need to let a user logout visiting a url.
    Considering what solved here, I try to open https://my_certificate_url/cgi-bin/login?cmd=logout

    but I get an error in web browser  "Can't open my_certificate_url".

    Anyone experimented the same issue?
