Can not take a backup flash on my controller

    Hi community 

    I have a problem in my controller 

    when i try to take a backup flash this message shows up

    error Backing up DBs..May have run out of space.

     

    I tried to remove unwanted files but the error appears1.png2.png3.png

    Type "tar crash" to see if it creates a crash.tar file.  If it does, delete the crash.tar file and try again.

    I tried this command and no crash was found 

    the problem still exists.

    You probably have to open a case with TAC.  There could be a hidden file that is taking up alot of space, that you don't have access to.
