Itunes sync is notoriously unreliable.  Just do a search if you want to try :  https://www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=itunes+wifi+sync+not+working

I had to borrow an ipad, but I only got it working after enabling ipv6 on the Aruba controller, and then rebooting the mac the ipad was connecting to.  This is with airgroup disabled and drop broadcast and multicast disabled.

config t

ipv6 enable

Re: Can't get iTunes sync over wifi to work with iOS devices

Bingo. turning on ipv6 packet processing worked and I'm now syncing itunes to ios devices across aruba wifi. Finally.

On a side note, I haven't found itunes wifi sync to be unreliable at all... on cheesy soho networks, and now that it's running in the lab i dont expect to have issues back in production.

Thanks a ton Colin, you are a rockstar.
