Channel busy

    I have an AP that is show channel busy for the 2.4GHz radio all the time. The number drops when clients get on the ap but it goes up to over 90% busy when there are no clients accessing it

    Hello,

     

    Could be because, the channel in 2.4GHz is getting interference from the neighbor APs.

     

    If it dense WLAN deployment, please check the other AP nearby, you can set a static channel which is reusable or you can convert this AP as an AirMonitor and try to narrowdown the issue.

     

    Please share the OS version and AP model.

    The model is Aruba AP 335 I do not know how to check the OS of the AP
