    Hi guys,

I have a customer that complies about connectivity problems with a recently installed AP, but when I check on the controller I see everything is OK. What are useful CLI/GUI commands to check connectivity problems or history connectivity problems?

    Thanks in advace,

    Julián

    Hi Colin,

I didn't know that guide. Comand "show ap debug radio-stats ap-name <ap-name> radio 0" shows a lot of radio resets for one of the APs which the customer complains for, especially for the 5 GHz radio:

    Total Radio Resets                  368

I have issued the command and seen the 5 GHz radio has resetted more than 100 times in less than one day. Although I have seen many more radio resets in other APs which the clients doesn't complain for. I have seen other posts which explain the radio resets are due to many causes (high channel utilization, internal radio condition, etc.) and many times could be cosmetic, but when the number of radio resets is alarming? Shall I worry for 100 radio resets in less than one day? I am asking this because I don't have hands-on experience on this kind of issues. I have attached some outputs.

    Many thanks,

    Julián

You should open a TAC case.  It could be a hardware or software issue.
